The breakfast was good. The room is too old. As I arrived the shower gel is empty so i used mines. You cannot connect your device to the tv since the receptionist said its not a smart tv. I was in 2 Stars hotel in Rome but overall theirs ist better than this 4 stars Hotel.

The front desk gave me the first room closest to the elevator, which is very noisy. When I requested a room change, it was denied. I'm not sure if this is a platform issue, but whenever I book on Trip, I always seem to get rooms directly opposite the elevator or closest to it. All the cups in the room are disposable paper cups, and the downstairs lounge doesn't provide glassware to guests either. The hotel is a 25-minute walk from the Colosseum but conveniently close to the Metro.

Love the breakfast and the location.
Most likely travel by bus and tram.
The first day its abit noisy in the morning because of the birds and they are willing to change another for us.
They are kind and friendly, we loved the stay there.

Location is a bit off the street but not too far from the bus stop and subway station. it is a bit quiet at night to walk back to hotel alone.
the room i have got first night has no air conditioning the staff said no room to switch and i have to call trip.com customer service and the team manager to help ask for refund and hotel refused that and saying will change the room for me in the next morning which they did. breakfast is ok. room is reasonable size.
staff is not particularly friendly and no service at all. Trip,com customer service team did a great job for helping me out of this issue and they followed up closely with me on that day.
